New Items this week!!  Watermelon Radishes and Spaghetti Squash.  Coming Soon Eggplant.  Fresh Cucumbers and Lemon Cucumbers are still going strong.  The extended hot dry spell has really been tough on our Green Beans and Zucchini but appear to be coming back so we should have an ample supply in the near future!!We also supply a variety of Jams, Breads and Salsa. We also have Pickled Beets!!  Thanks for your support and hope to see you soon!!  Have a great weekend..

Wednesday July 27th!!

We will have Sweet Corn, Tomatoes and Green Peppers this Wednesday!!  Along with plenty of Potatoes and Slicing Cucumbers.  New this week!!  Chili Peppers and Jalapenos too!! The heat is slowing down the Green Beans and Zucchini but we will still have some available.  White, Yellow and Red Onions are ready as well.  See you then and stay cool..

New Items for Farmers Market This Week!!

We will have Purple Beans this week!!  Along with Yukon Gold  and Red Potatoes.  Zucchini and Green Beans still going strong and taste great on the Grill.  Lemon Cucumbers are coming a little slow but should have a lot of them coming up.  Remember to let me know if you need any quanity of Cucumbers for Pickles, they are having a great year so far!!  Pickled Beets also available.  The Tomato and Pepper Plants are looking really nice and we may have some Ripe Tomatoes for Saturday this week.  Stay Cool and hope to see you at Farmers Market this week.

New Items Coming This Week!!

Something new to try: Lemon Cucumbers. A variation of the cucumber that looks like a lemon.  We will have Potatoes and Carrots on Saturday this week!!  We have plenty of fresh Green Beans and Cucumbers for canning.  Send me an email to reserve your size and amount.  The rain today was a welcome treat for the garden after several days of dry,hot weather.  Coming Soon: Sweet Corn!!!

Wednesday July 6th New Items!!

New This Week!! Fresh Green Beans and Peas. This is our First Wednesday Farmers Market of the Season. We also have some wonderful Swiss Chard, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Lettuce for your Salads. Zucchini and Cucumbers will also be available. Coming Soon!!  Potatoes, Sweet Corn. Have a Great Week!!

First Farmers Market of the season Saturday June 25th

Come and join us for the first Farmers Market of the season!!!  Saturday June 25th in front of White Wrapper Meats in Harrisburg 9am-2pm.  We will have some really great leaf lettuce, spinach, radishes and green onions. It looks like we will also have some Swiss Chard, Zucchini and Cucumbers.  New things will be coming each week as we harvest vegetables at their peak. We will also have some great homemade breads, Jams and Salsa.  New This Year!!!  Homemade Soaps and Gel Candles. Stop by and say Hi!!

Mary's Kitchen and Gardens Things To Come!!

Hello and welcome to our blog: We are excited as the gardens are really looking great and we will have produce very soon !! Some of our early offerings will be Black and Red Radishes, Fresh Green Onions, Lettuce and Spinach. We will also have Rhubarb for you along with an assortment of Jams and Fresh Breads using ingredients from my gardens.  We will continue to add new items as they are available to pick.  Coming Soon:  Swiss Chard, Lemon Cucumbers and something new Lebanese Cucumbers with a great flavor!!  Please contact me with any questions or to get a timeframe on the arrival of you favorite vegetables.
