July 4th market at Cherapa Place 8-2!!

Dill Pickles, Pickled Beets and Mulberry Jam is ready!! We have been really busy this week planting, harvesting, canning, baking, weeding, and getting ready for market in the morning at The Prairie Farmers Market at Cherapa Place just off 6th and Minnesota 8-2!! We will have Potatoes, Green and Purple Beans (yah!) Kohlrabi, Carrots, Beets, Turnips, a couple of gigantic Rutabagas, Romaine Lettuce, Kale, Mustard Greens, Collard Greens, Swiss Chard, Yellow and Green Snow Peas. A really nice assortment of fresh, chemical free veggies for your holiday weekend! I baked Zucchini, Banana, Pistachio and Chocolate bread. We also have an assortment of Jams available. Dilly Beans and Salsa will be coming soon! Have a great 4th of July and hope you have a bit of time in the morning to stop down to Cherapa Place!!
